Three apartments and three large and comfortable double bedrooms are available for independent self-catering accomodation or BB, on request. They are provided with authentic, fine and comfortable furniture. Wooden beam ceilings, natural cotto, wooden floorings and the loving care for details make Casa Delser an exclusive country house.

There is a large garden where to relax, an organic kitchen-garden for the guests and a private parking area. Small pets and bigger dogs are welcome, by previous arrangement. Other facilities such as food markets, pharmacy, laundry and postoffice are located in the village, only 500mt from the farm.

Casa Delser is very well located, 10 minute drive from Vallevecchia Natural reserve – a pine forest and wildlife sanctuary – and Brussa Beach - a beautiful, free access, 5 km long wild beach between Bibione and Caorle.

Lignano, Bibione and Caorle seaside resorts are just a few miles away, with fine sand beaches, golf courses and sailing facilities. 

The charming little historic city of Portogruaro is only 10 minutes drive ; Venice is 50 minutes by train from the local station. Many other historical and tourist cities such as Aquileia, Trieste, Udine, Treviso, Padova and Verona can be easily reached either by train/bus or through motorway.

Casa Delser is located in the countryside, just 10 minutes' drive from the charming town of Portogruaro and the beautiful area of Vallevecchia Natural Park with Brussa beach. Here you can relax in our nice garden, go for a nice walk, do some jogging in our private park, or else go to Vallevecchia and spend a day on the beach or cycling in the pinewood.
